Masked Hytension - People who have high blood
pressure when their doctor is not around.
SAD
The Standard American Diet
1. Dehydration causes the majority of Essential
Hypertension, a condition in which dehydration
from lack of water(or a constant American diet
loaded with sodas) causes a loss in blood
volume. The body senses this and tightens
blood vessels so that adequate blood and
oxygen is supplied to the cells.
2. High blood fats and triglycerides from SAD
thicken the blood and cause a condition known
as sludged blood. Moving this blood through the
vessels is more difficult, so the heart must beat
harder, with an increase in blood pressure.
3. Adequate, real, whole phytonutrient vitamin C
complex is needed to carry oxygen in the blood
through the vessels to the cells. Deficiencies of
this complex are induced by the SAD(most
Americans suffer from subclinical scurvy) and
made worse by the ingeston of tons of ascorbic
acid(a tiny fraction of the whole phytonutrient
vitamin C complex). This results in decreased
oxygen to the cells. The heart's response to this
is to speed up its beating and possibly increase
blood pressure in order to get more oxygen-poor
blood to your cells to meet demands.
4. High levels of insulin from the SAD, lack of
exercise, and a deficiency in the glucose
tolerance factor(B vitamins and minerals)
irritates the blood vessel linings. This can
result in cholesterol, plaque and coronary
heart disease.
5. Factors like the bioflavonoids found in the
vitamin C complex are needed to maintain the
integrity of the blood vessel linings. These can
be damaged by high insulin levels, viral or
bacterial infections, and high blood sugars and
fats from the SAD. That is the reason that blood
vessel disease(expecially coronary artery disease),
plaque, and the resultant high blood pressure
is epidemic.
ALL HEART AND BLOOD PRESSURE DRUGS
EVENTUALLY RESULT IN EXAUSTION.
When you consider the insidious dangers of
"masked hypertension," you just have to
scratch your head.
DIABETES
Traditional therapies have their drawbacks.
You can eat the standard medical low-fat
diet(which no one can ever stay on). And you
can take the usual drugs of chloresterol-lowering
statins, blood thinners, diabetes drugs and heart
and blood pressure drugs as your condition
worsens. These will often artificially produce
partially better numbers on blood tests, but
completely fail to address the UNDERLYING
CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM which foments and
torments in your body, even as you are taking
the medicine. The end result of this theapy
is heart disease, obesity, full blown diabetes
and stroke. The alternative is effective, safe
and relatively painless. It is an Adkin's style
low-carbohydrate diet, plenty of resistance
exercise(weight lifting), elimination of all
processed foods, and weaning off of medi-
cations as you improve. You will probably need
to treat your liver and you will need two Liver
Flushes to clean up your liver/gallbladder
system. You will need to take the proper
supplements to offset the nutritional deficiences
and rebuild your system. Diaplex(2/meal),
Min-Tran(2/meal), Cataplex GTF(2/meal), and
a tablespoon of raw flax oil daily.
Just where are the real causes of these problems
coming from? They come mostly from processed
foods. Megatons of breakfast cereals and breads
are a main culprit and should be completely
elimanated from the diet. Pasta, crackers, chips,
etc., are next to go. Sweets must be eliminated.
Candy and sodas are the most concentrateed
forms of sugar and should never be consumed.
Wine is liquid sugar, beer the same.
FREQUENTLY MISSING FACTOR
******************************
Amazingly, science has now proven that daily
negative or destructive thoughts chemically
change the actual protein receptor sites and
they will no longer function to accept nutrition!
That is profound indeed--because it means
that even if you are taking in the best nutrition,
it may do you no good. If your mind is full of
negative and destructive thoughts, it will
chemically alter your protein receptors to no
longer accept the rebuilding nutrients.
