EIGHT EASY EXCERSIZES AFTER A LITTLE PRACTICE

1.  Primoidal Walk.  May have to walk on hands &

knees before you can walk on hands & feet.  Protect

your hands.

 

 






2.  Crouch up & down with feet flat and back

straight.  Only do 2 or 3 repetitions at

first, then very slowly increase repetitions.






3.  An easy one, just up & down with forearm.






4.  If your neck does't want to turn much,

just turn it as far as it will go.  You will

gradually increase mobility.






5.  Shoulders up and back with hands clasped

behind your back.






6.  You may want to keep your feet on the

floor before you lift them off the floor.






7.  This is a motorless tredmill.  Increasing

the speed for short periods of time, gradually,

can be good for the heart.
